Brief Instruction :
The QZS desander cleaner is a combination of cyclone desander and shale shaker of drilling fluid. The high chromium cast iron is used for hydrocyclone. This series device is designed basing on particles setting principal. The separated medium- drilling liquid enters along the inner wall of clone spirally depending on pressure & speed produced by sand pump. The larger particles are subside along the inner wall of clone spirally depending on centrifugal force & gravity and drained from bottom outlet to be separated in shale shaker with smaller mesh. Other mediums are ascending along clone spirally to enter the third – class separation device for further purification from overflow outlet.
