Compact type solid control system
Compact type solid control equipment is the ideal light duty equipments for drilling operations for medium/shallow wells within 5904ft(1800m). It mainly consists of drilling fluid tank, shale tank, sand pump, cyclone, agitator, heater and control components.
The working principle is as follows: drilling fluids enter the system, and shale shaker filters cuttings with bigger size. Meanwhile, agitators rotated in the tank prevent the sediment of solid substances. Then the circulation treatment for drill fluids is accomplished after further treatment in secondary eddy separate device.
This single tank solid control system has the features of compact structure, easy assembling and moving, small area requirements and reliable maintenance and control performance.
