1)LSB2×3 solution feed pump

LSB2×3 solution feed pump is the centrifugal pump specially designed by our company for LW series centrifugal machines。It is applicable to well-drilling and well-fixing mud fluid systems，and is wear-resisting，corrosion resistant，easy-to-use and reliable。During the production process，solution feed pump pumps the well driving fluid (mud) to be separated into the centrifugal machine，so that the centrifugal machine can perform the separation and recovery processing, thus to improve the mud quality and save cost。The said pump is vertical，with the host machine sinking in the mud fluid of the tank and fixed on the tank surface via the motor base。The pump has characteristics of compact structure and small floor coverage.Flow-passing parts aremade of wear resistant cast iron and have good resistance to abrasion and corrosion。

Viewing from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise。

2)LSB vertical sand pump

LSB vertical sand pump，which is also called vertical centrifugal slurry pump，is applicable to transmission of abrasive slurry。Submerged in liquid，the pump operates in a pond or pit。The level of slurry circulated in a slurry pond shall be not lower than the center of pump outlet but not higher than 1/3 of the height of the lower bearing housing，in order to ensure the long-term，stable and reliable operation of the pump。The LSB vertical sand pump is widely used in such fields as petroleum drilling，metallurgy，mine，coal，electric power and building materials，etc。With immersion structure，the LSB vertical sand pump is submerged in a slurry pond for operation. Its strainer, pump body，impeller，guard plate and middle section，etc。are partly submerged in the slurry pond 。A wearing machine seal is used to prevent slurry from entering bearing housing。The impeller is of semiclosed type。The mounting plate supports the pump via bearing housing and fixes the pump。The pump and the motor are integrated via the motor cabinet which is driven in a direct drive manner。The split mounting board can be easily erected on the steel-frame foundation or concrete foundation。
